GPF రికార్డులను CEO జిల్లా పారిష్డ్ నందు ఉంచుతారు. GO Ms 40 Dt 7-5 -2002 ప్రకారం. ZPGPF కోసం ఉద్యోగులు చివరి ఉపసంహరణలు సంబంధిత DDO, గెజిటెడ్ హెడ్ మాస్టర్ నుండి హైస్కూల్స్ స్టాఫ్ , MEO నుండి ప్రాథమిక మరియు ఉన్నత పాఠశాల సిబ్బందికి పొందవచ్చు.
ప్రతి ఉద్యోగి తన జీతం నుండి కనీసం 6% తన జీతం నుండి సహాయం చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది, ఎందుకంటే జిపిఎఫ్ మెమెంబర్ షిప్ పరిపాలన నుండి రాజీనామా చేయబోయే ఉద్యోగిని రిటైర్మెంట్ తేదీకి నాలుగు నెలల ముందు ఆపవచ్చు.
Retirement కు 4 నెలల ముందు DA arrears PF లో చేర్చనవసరం లేదు.
